School leadership is hard work

It requires long hours, early mornings, late nights, difficult decisions…all leading to burn out and exhaustion

Research shows that school leaders report worse well-being than any other working adult

85 percent of principals experience job-related stress, compared with 35 percent of other working adults.

48 percent of principals are dealing with burnout, while 28 percent report symptoms of depression.

And 30% of principals leave their positions within five years, with burnout being one the primary reasons cited

The truth we need to embrace: Real leadership doesn't happen in isolation—it happens in relationship.

The most transformative school leaders I know aren't just brilliant—they're connected.

They've learned that the way through the loneliness of leadership isn't to tough it out alone, but to walk together

What this tells me is that there is a dire need for school leaders to have someone in their corner: a champion, advocate, cheerleader, sounding board.

There is a deep longing for a system of support, encouragement, inspiration, and hope to come alongside school administrators to not only keep them in the game long term, but to provide them the ability and capacity to do the work they love with purpose and meaning

Someone who will stay in contact with you to cheer you on.

To offer a safe space to vent. A shoulder to lean on. A place to dream big dreams!

The leaders who thrive aren't necessarily the ones with the most resources or the easiest contexts.

They're the ones who refuse to lead alone.

They've built circles of trust.

Sought out wise guides.

Created rhythms of reflection, renewal, and growth.

That’s where I come in!

I work with school leaders to provide coaching, support, encouragement, and inspiration.

I work 1-1 with school leaders, consult with administration teams, and provide professional development resources (keynotes, workshops, retreats) to help you flourish and thrive as the healthiest version of YOU!

If that sounds like something you need as a school administrator...hit me up!
