Engage and Build Months 4-8
We move from vision to action. Working directly with your leadership team and faculty, we build culture, deepen engagement, reshape practices, and begin constructing the school you've been imagining
Sustain and Celebrate Months 9-12
We ensure what we've built doesn't fade. We embed new practices, develop internal champions, celebrate growth, and chart the path forward so the transformation lives on long after our work together is done.
