The Flourishing Educator Ireland Cohort is a year-long professional growth journey for educators—beginning with a 6-day pilgrimage through the sacred landscapes of Ireland and continuing through monthly coaching within your cohort throughout the school year
A true retreat from the noise, a chance to rediscover your rhythms, and an invitation to deep rest and genuine restoration
What to Expect on the Pilgrimage
In this experience, you will:
Walk ancient paths and pause in monastic ruins, rediscovering rhythms of rest and renewal.
Engage in reflective conversations on purpose, vision, and strategy.
Share meals and fireside discussions with peers who understand the joys and challenges of teaching and leading.
Enter a trusted community of practice that continues throughout the year.

The Pilgrimage Is Only The Beginning
Throughout the school year, this community of practice continues with monthly peer coaching circles that provide reflective practice, collaborative inquiry, and renewed rhythms for educating with creativity, purpose, and sustainability.
10 virtual peer coaching circles – Trusted spaces to process challenges, share insight, and stay grounded in supportive rhythms.
Collaborative problem-solving – Together, we tackle the real dilemmas of education and discover fresh solutions together
Ongoing practices of renewal – Learn how to weave rest and restoration into your daily leadership life.

Cost and Details
The cost is $3500 per person** (team discount available for 3 or more coming from the same school)
This price includes the Ireland pilgrimage AND the year-long leadership cohort virtual sessions
The cost includes:
Lodging while on the pilgrimage
Participants are covered for meals from dinner on the first day to breakfast on the final day
Unique cultural experiences on location
Ground transportation while on the pilgrimage
Year long professional development cohort
Not included in the cost:
Transportation to and from Ireland (though we can help with the planning logistics)
Hotel rooms before the trip begins and after the trip ends
Transportation not included during the pilgrimage
Entrance or Exit fees in the country you are traveling to
Snacks / Souvenirs
The program is capped at 25 participants
**A team discount of $300 per person is available for teams of 3 or more coming from the same school
